The following terms apply to agreements when a customer purchases goods, orders quotes, and other services in connection with such a purchase from Exakta Print AB (556364-1595). Exaktaprint.se is owned by Exakta Print AB, which is part of the Exakta Group.
General These Terms apply to all customers in Exakta Print AB's online store (www.exaktaprint.se). After a customer has completed a purchase in the online store, Exakta Print AB sends an order confirmation via email to the customer's provided email address.

Prices All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) excluding VAT. Shipping Shipping costs are added to all items on the website. The shipping cost starts from 75 SEK. Items on the website are sent to the customer's specified delivery address within Sweden.
General
Exakta Print AB provides printing services over the Internet to its customers in Sweden. The customer can be an individual, associations, companies, or organizations (collectively "Customer"). Sales are made through the website www.exaktaprint.se. For orders, purchases, and deliveries through channels other than Exakta Print AB's online store (www.exaktaprint.se), special conditions apply. By completing an order in the online store, the Customer accepts the terms and, where applicable, data processing according to the terms. Exakta Print AB has the right to take out sample copies and mandatory archive copies according to ALG 20.
Prices and Fees
Current prices excluding VAT are available in Exakta Print AB's online store (www.exaktaprint.se) at the time of ordering. Exakta Print AB reserves the right to change its prices without prior notice. VAT is added at 25%. A shipping fee of 75 kronor per order is added.
Ordering
Orders can only be made at Exakta Print AB's online store (www.exaktaprint.se) unless a special agreement has been made with Exakta Print AB. A binding agreement occurs when the Customer completes an order in the online store. When the Customer has carried out an order, an order confirmation is sent to the email address that the Customer has provided.
Right to Cancel, Cancellation, and Return
Once the purchase process is complete and the customer has placed an order, the customer's products cannot be changed, and the order cannot usually be canceled or revoked. This is because Exakta Print AB's online store's (www.exaktaprint.se) production flow is automated, and the time from order to production is very short. To ensure delivery within short deadlines, each order is processed immediately, which prevents any changes. Products ordered from Exakta Print AB's online store (www.exaktaprint.se) are specially manufactured according to customer instructions and cannot be utilized by Exakta Print other than for the customer. The customer's right to cancel the purchase is invalidated according to the Law on distance contracts and agreements outside of business premises 2005:59 Chapter 2 §11, as well as the customer's right to revoke the purchase according to the Purchase Law 1990:931 26 §. This is accepted by the customer at the time of ordering. Customers can always contact us at support@exaktaprint.se and provide the order number to see if the possibility of cancellation exists before the printing of the order has begun.
Payment
Payment can be made with VISA, MasterCard, or Klarna Payment.
Payment by card is handled by NEXI.
Products
Product images and product information in Exakta Print AB's online store (www.exaktaprint.se) are an indication of the item's appearance, colors, function, quality, and execution. Exakta Print AB reserves the right for any image or typographical errors and incorrectly stated prices. Exakta Print AB reserves the right to correct and change information on the website. To get an accurate impression, you as a customer should order a sample from Exakta Print AB before finalizing the order. This is done in writing to support@exaktaprint.se. Additional costs for the sample may apply. Any costs are agreed upon with the customer and must be approved by the customer before the sample is sent.
Production Time
Exakta's production time is normally 4 working days from the receipt of the order. Exakta Print reserves the right to choose the carrier.
Delivery
Exakta Print AB is responsible for the goods upon delivery to the Customer. The customer is responsible for the goods when returning to Exakta Print AB. If the Customer does not pick up the shipment, does not receive the shipment, or if the shipment is returned due to incorrectly registered information, Exakta Print AB will charge a fee as compensation for shipping and costs, currently five hundred (500) SEK.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the specified delivery address is staffed unless otherwise stated and that the address is correct. Specific requirements at delivery must be informed to Exakta Print AB by the customer at the time of ordering, for example, code for gate or door, stairs, loading dock, and similar. Exakta Print AB is not liable for the costs and damage that customers suffer from delayed delivery or other delays. Exakta Print AB takes no responsibility for indirect losses.
Complaint
If Exakta Print AB has delivered a wrongly executed or defective service, the result of the service has been damaged during transport, or if the shipment has disappeared during transport, the customer can make a written complaint to Exakta Print AB, which handles the complaint. A complaint concerning the order from the E-store should be sent via email: support@exaktaprint.se or registered here. The complaint must be made within a reasonable time from when the error or defect was discovered or should have been discovered. The type of error must be stated in the complaint. In situations where the customer's order does not match the customer's expectations (in case of damage or error in the order), Exakta Print undertakes to correct and reproduce a new product to the customer at no cost.
Responsibility
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the order and delivery based on the customer's original do not infringe on the copyright or other intellectual property rights of third parties. The customer shall indemnify Exakta Print AB for any claims from third parties resulting from the performance of an order from the Customer.
The customer is responsible for the quality of the original and the templates that Exakta Print AB provides as the order is based on and its adaptation to the service the customer orders. The customer understands that there will be a difference in color between the original shown on the screen and in printed form. Beyond what is stated in the terms and conditions for the customer, Exakta Print AB has no responsibility for errors, deficiencies, or delays caused by the customer or third parties. Exakta Print AB reserves the right for any errors in Exakta Print AB's online store (www.exaktaprint.se). Exakta Print AB bears no responsibility for the content of the print files that the customer provides Exakta Print AB with when ordering. Exakta Print AB reserves the right to stop the production of inappropriate content with immediate effect. Production that has been stopped at the request of Exakta Print AB does not give the right to compensation or other reimbursement to the customer or third party.
Changes to the Terms
Exakta Print AB reserves the right to make changes to the terms at any time, all changes to the terms will be published in Exakta Print AB's online store (www.exaktaprint.se). The current terms that appear in Exakta Print AB's online store at the time of ordering are applicable. Exakta Print AB has the right to change the terms on its own initiative. After the customer has made an order, Exakta Print AB does not have the right to change the conditions for the current order. Contract terms that deviate from what is stated in Exakta Print AB's online store, such as purchases concerning specially produced articles or other purchases that are not included in the online store's range, are only valid if they have been agreed upon and approved by Exakta Print AB in writing.
Data Processing
Exakta Print AB processes names, email addresses, postal addresses, personal/organizational numbers, and other information that the customer has provided during registration or ordering. Exakta Print AB also processes information about such a customer's orders and purchases. The purpose of the processing is to fulfill the agreement with the customer, for information, marketing, and personal offers to the customer via, for example, email or letter, as well as for statistics and business development. The personal data are processed for the time the customer has a relationship with Exakta Print AB and for a period afterward when the customer may return with questions and similar regarding the order or delivery.
The customer can notify Exakta Print AB that their personal data should not be used for marketing purposes. If the customer wants to terminate their relationship with Exakta Print AB immediately after purchase and delivery, Exakta Print AB gratefully accepts information about this. For the correction of incorrect personal information, refer to support@exaktaprint.se. The customer has the right to apply in writing once per calendar year for information regarding the personal data processed.
All information collected is only accessed by Exakta Print AB and its associated organizations. The customer's contact information will never be sold or otherwise spread to third parties without the customer's approval.
Cookies
A cookie is a small text file that the visited website requests to save on the customer's computer. Cookies are used to give visitors access to various functions; the information can also be used to follow a visitor's browsing. There are different types of cookies. In Exakta Print AB's online store (www.exaktaprint.se), cookies that the customer must allow to be able to use Exakta Print AB's online store are used. The customer approves the following cookie handling by visiting Exakta Print AB's online store. In Exakta Print AB's online store, authentication cookies, which keep track of what visitors are logged in as, and session cookies, which store a unique id for the visit in Exakta Print AB's online store, are used. Cookies in Exakta Print AB's online store are used to identify the Customer's shopping cart, save information about the customer in an order, to keep statistics of visitors in Exakta Print AB's online store, and to display advertisements in Exakta Print AB's online store and on other websites. Dispute
Swedish law applies to all services Exakta Print AB provides and sells. Any disputes with the Customer who is a legal person will be tried by a Swedish general court. Any disputes with the Customer who is an individual will be referred by Exakta Print AB to the General Complaints Board (ARN), Exakta Print AB follows ARN's recommendations.
Force Majeure
Exakta Print AB is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances that Exakta Print AB could not control, such as general labor conflict, war, fire, lightning strike, terrorist attack, changed governmental regulation, technical problems, faults in electric/tele/data connections or other communication, and errors or delays in services from subcontractors due to the circumstance stated here. These circumstances shall constitute grounds for exemption, which entails exemption from damages and other penalties. If such a situation should arise, Exakta Print AB informs the customer both at the beginning and at the end of the time for the current situation. If the circumstance has lasted longer than two months, both the customer and Exakta Print AB have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.
